Strong leadership is one of the biggest drivers of team performance and one of the most common gaps in growing organizations. The Manager & Leadership Development Program is designed to equip new and developing managers with the skills, structure, and confidence needed to lead effectively.
This engagement combines practical HR guidance with leadership development, covering key areas such as performance management, communication, accountability, and handling difficult conversations. Drawing from proven frameworks and real-world experience, this program helps managers transition from individual contributors to confident leaders.
Through a combination of training, tools, and interactive sessions, organizations will see improved consistency, stronger communication, and more effective management across teams.
Scope:
- Consultant will assess current leadership capabilities and identify development opportunities
- Consultant will develop and provide customized training materials and leadership frameworks
- Consultant will train managers on performance management, communication, and accountability
- Consultant will host interactive training sessions and facilitate discussions
- Includes 3–5 live meetings/training sessions of 60–90 minutes each
Deliverables / Outputs:
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF, 12–18 slides)
- Training materials and leadership guide in MS Word format (10–15 pages) with supporting tools and templates. Google docs available upon request.
Timing:
This work typically requires 3–6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 5 days of final submission
- Client will ensure manager participation and engagement in training sessions
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
