- Process Mapping Sessions: Conduct detailed sessions to map out current (“as-is”) processes, focusing on all relevant aspects of the workflow.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure that all process maps reflect the company’s values and are oriented towards enhancing customer satisfaction.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Comprehensive process mapping sessions.
- Detailed Current-State (As-Is) Process Maps.
- A professional recommendations presentation detailing findings and suggesting improvements (delivered in PDF format).
Timing:
- The entire process mapping project is designed to be completed within 2-4 weeks, with exact scheduling to be determined in consultation with the client.
Assumptions:
- The consultant will work part-time within agreed-upon hours.
- Client’s stakeholders and process owners will be available as required for effective completion of mapping.
- All process maps will be developed using MS Visio and provided in both Visio and PDF formats for accessibility and convenience.
- The client will actively provide feedback and approve deliverables within 5 business days of final submission.
- Necessary source materials, data, and company branding guidelines will be made available by the client.
Additional Provisions:
- Any tasks or requirements outside the agreed scope of work will be subject to a separate engagement and negotiation.
