Scope
Consultant will:
- Conduct a structured discovery session to map the current workflow, identify root causes of friction, and confirm automation is the right solution.
- Design and build the automation using your existing approved toolset (typically Make.com or equivalent).
- Test the automation with real data, document how it works, and hand it off with your team trained to manage it.
Deliverables/Outputs
- Workflow map documenting current and future state.
- Fully built and tested automation deployed in your environment.
- Plain-language documentation your team can actually use.
- One handoff session (60–90 minutes) so your team knows how to manage, adjust, and troubleshoot it.
Timing
- Typical timeline is 3–5 weeks from discovery to deployment, depending on workflow complexity and client availability.
- Specific timeline confirmed at intake.
Assumptions
- Base pricing covers a single workflow of moderate complexity (up to 3–4 connected systems, standard conditional logic).
- Projects involving custom API work, complex data transformation, or multiple interconnected workflows require a custom scope conversation — contact before purchasing.
- Client will provide access to relevant tools and accounts, a staff member who understands the current workflow, and timely feedback during the build.
- Includes 1 round of revisions post-deployment.
- Ongoing maintenance or additional automation builds are available as separate engagements.
