Description

Jumpstart your sales teams—get them laser-focused on maximizing the return on investment of their efforts. Bring your high-level strategy down to their desks by creating day-to-day implementation strategies that drive the execution of broader objectives. Get them using project management and root cause analysis tools and strategies to continuously improve their results.

Scope:

  • Consultant will review, analyze, and consider current sales operations/results at the ground level, as well as supervisor/manager-level procedures.
  • Consultant will develop, write, recommend, prepare, and provide improved revisions and brand-new procedures to better organize and prioritize existing and potential client opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Consultant will host, train, and execute the implementation of training for any level of team members, from salespeople to managers/directors. This includes instructional presentations and interactive workshops to help the team apply new strategies, address questions, and assist as needed.
  • Includes live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 1-2 hours at least three times per week, for 1-6 months, depending on the scope of required updates and training implementation.

Deliverables/Outputs:

  • Recommendations presentation after the initial discovery phase/GEMBA walks.
  • Training material copies and strategy application workshop feedback for future reference.
  • Weekly Progress Reports in MS Word format, with source data from an MS Excel worksheet.
  • Audit tools/procedures to be used during and after project completion to assess and sustain improvements.

Timing:

  • This work typically requires 4-24 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the Client and Consultant after purchase.

Assumptions:

  • Includes multiple rounds of revisions based on Client feedback generated from reviewing Weekly Progress Reports and implementation effectiveness audits.
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
  • Client will review and accept Deliverables within 30 days of final submission.
  • Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.
