Description
SCOPE:
The Business Analysis service will involve a comprehensive review and analysis of the client’s current business processes, systems, and strategies. This includes identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and assisting in the implementation of these recommendations.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Current state analysis report detailing existing processes, systems, and strategies.
- Gap analysis highlighting areas for improvement and recommended solutions.
- Business requirements document outlining the specific needs and objectives of the client.
- Implementation plan with detailed steps and timelines for executing the recommended solutions.
- Final report summarizing the analysis, recommendations, and implementation plan.
TIMING:
Dependent on the scope of the project
ASSUMPTIONS:
- The client will provide access to relevant stakeholders and necessary information for the analysis.
- The client will allocate resources for the implementation of the recommended solutions.
- Any changes to the scope or timeline of the project may affect the delivery schedule and cost, which
- will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
PRICING:
- Starting at $3,500.00 USD excluding tax depending on the scope of the analysis
- The client may engage the consultant at an hourly rate of $225 USD until the scope and fixed pricing are finalized. Subsequently, both parties can transition to a mutually agreed-upon fixed pricing model.
- $225/ hr USD for any additional follow-up meetings after the assignment is completed
