I am able to enthusiastically recommend Shakil. Shakil and I worked together on a number of implementation projects together where Shakil was lead project manager assigned on my projects. Last project we worked on was the construction of a brand new facility in our warehouse network. The primary objective of this project was to co-ordinate with the construction general contractor, City Permit and Inspection group, our own operations group and various other stakeholders, that would enable our organization to set up operations while the building was still under the final stages of building completion, permitting and hand-over. Shakil help shepherd a very complex set of construction and operational requirements under a very tight timeline and budget. Through out this process, Shakil composed himself in a very professional manner, communicating in a concise manner, highlighting risks and criticalities to the internal executive stakeholder group. He asked very direct questions and sought explicit clarifications to reduce ambiguity. Shakil kept excellent track of budget items throughout the gates of our corporate processes. Shakil held a detailed and marco view of the project and remained objective throughout the engagement. Shakil held a high degree of ownership of the project which was reflected in successful outcomes. Shakil would be a solid member of any team that he joins and would bring tremendous value to that organization.
