Jason is analytically minded in that all of his strategic recommendations are as a result of data-driven decision making. He has the ability to manage the end-to-end process of pulling relevant data, analyzing data, and interpreting actionable insights for the business. Second, Jason has the ability to deal with the ambiguous, ask pointed questions, and adapt to client needs as they evolve on an engagement. This allows him to successfully understand the client’s needs, apply structured problem solving, and pivot based on feedback. Third, Jason has effective communication skills – being able to wear multiple hats within a team. Jason has the technical prowess to effectively communicate with technical teams while also leveraging his business acumen to serve as an analytical translator. He succeeds at tailoring his communication skills to his audience.

Jason has many areas of speciality and an even broader base of knowledge. Jason has specific knowledge of finance and financial products but also understands data and analytics. Jason was able to combine those capabilities with his ability to work at multiple levels within the organization and external to the organization to influence change and growth at multiple levels. 1.) Jason managed all of our data insights as we were building out our product line. We provided guidance and feedback to help us guide our decision making. 2.) Jason was able to clearly see where we had our strengths and where we had weaknesses. In particular, Jason was able to clearly present the gaps in difficult situations that required significant personal courage. Jason will always do the right thing for the organization and will help other see, with clarity, what the right things are. 3.) Jason took incomplete, often incoherent data, from disparate sources and was able to cleanly and concisely represent the meaning of data so that the organization was able to take action. 4.) Jason also supported the team with product insights. Jason's wide base of knowledge has been built up over years and as such, Jason is able to contribute on the action of the data and analysis. Jason understands the financial space, he understands the many roles within the financial space and is able to leverage those to help design solutions. Jason is also not weighed down by history and what has been done in the past and was able to help us design future facing solutions that leveraged his past but also encompassed the future. 5.) Jason's organizational and writing skills are expert level. Jason is able to work across all facets of the business and then he is an expert and creating the outputs (documentation, reports, charts, etc) that clearly communicate the analyses of the work despite the inherent complexities. Jason has been an absolute godsend for me.
