Scope:
- Consultant will automate lead routing and follow-up processes for agency clients.
- Consultant will integrate HubSpot, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Consultant will set up analytics dashboards for funnel monitoring.
- Includes weekly strategy & optimization sessions and dedicated Slack support.
- Includes a 90-day roadmap for performance tuning.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Custom automation blueprints (e.g., Zapier/Make.com).
- Loom video walkthroughs & written SOPs.
- A client-facing training module.
- Dedicated Slack support channel.
Timing:
- This work typically requires 6 weeks to complete.
Assumptions:
- This “Core” package assumes the standard set of deliverables. Anchor/Accelerator tiers offer modified scope.
- Client provides access to agency and client-side systems (HubSpot, Ad accounts).
- Client will participate in weekly strategy sessions.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
