Description
This package selection is exactly what it sounds like, available for consultations when needed.
SCOPE:
- Consultations & Activities
- Between 20-40 hours per month
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Provide guidance such as monthly, quarterly planning.
- Facilitate workshop (s) and/or other activities for improvement
- Support existing initiatives such as Go To Market, Communications Strategy etc.
TIMING:
- A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client to provide a minimum notice of 24 hours when consultation services are needed. Ideally, client & consultant will draft a plan prior to purchase agreement and payment that will be adjustable based on circumstances changing.
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client commits to teams being timely, engaged & transparent
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Client & Consultant will align prior to purchase if experience is preferred to be in-person and/or virtual. Travel agreement may be required.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
