Description
Our HR diagnostic proactively identifies compliance risks, looks at how to align HR practices with strategic goals, and ensures best practices—protecting your organization and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
Scope:
- Consultant will interview your leadership team and up to 5 other key members of your team
- Consultant will review internal HR processes, policies and systems.
- Consultant will develop prepare a feedback report with all recommendations.
- Consultant will discuss findings with the client including a suggested action plan to address any gaps identified.
Deliverables/Output:
- Report in MS Word and PDF format.
Timing:
- This work typically requires 8-12 weeks to complete, depending on complexity. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes access to leaders for 1:1 interviews
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 30 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement (such as training facilitation for staff and development and training for people managers)
