Description
Scope:
- Review existing documentation of the “as-is” structure, considering reporting relationships, span of control, job clusters etc.
- Engage a mix of relevant stakeholders; to validate the current structure and reporting relationships, obtain insights into the company’s operations, and identify structural issues
- Obtain insights into the various functional areas that exist within the company and their responsibilities
- Conduct a benchmark study to distil leading practices and key learnings to support the design of the “to-be” structure
- Articulate and agree key design principles for the proposed Organization Structure in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and leading practices
- Design and document high level organization structure options, highlighting the pros and cons of each option and agree on the preferred option

Timing:
- This work typically requires around 4-6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have stakeholders participate in consultations/engagement sessions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of socialization/revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
