Scope:
- Consultant will review and map current lead flow processes.
- Consultant will automate lead capture, qualification, and assignment processes.
- Consultant will integrate Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) for real-time lead processing.
- Consultant will implement foundational lead scoring and alert workflows.
- Includes weekly strategy & optimization calls.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Core automation workflows (e.g., Webhook → Google Sheet → Data Transformation → Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Dedicated Slack channel for support.
- End-to-end Loom video documentation & SOPs.
Timing:
- This work typically requires 8 weeks to complete.
Assumptions:
- This package includes the foundational automation build. Training and the 90-day plan are part of the Core & Accelerator tiers.
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
- Client will provide full access to relevant systems, including CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Ad accounts (Google/LinkedIn).
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
