Description

Every customer interaction is vital for success in the age of online reviews, posts, and instant feedback. But, company leaders and managers often struggle to understand the cause of dropped interactions which end up costing time, money, and customer satisfaction. 

This program aims to engage company leaders and experts to capture, resolve, and improve the internal communications processes which inhibit smooth customer interactions and financial results.  Improving internal communications is a path that leads to improved customer experiences, improved employee engagement, lower employee and customer attrition, and improved business results.

SCOPE:

  • Cansultant will: 
    • Discuss and clarify the areas of specific concern, and the goals, which will then guide the working session(s)
    • Develop and create the video workshop format that best meets the needs of the group or team
    • Host the meeting(s), summarize the findings, list the action items, and codify the recommendations for move ahead
  • Includes 3 live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 2 hours each, plus additional team analysis “homework” review, performed as directed

 

DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS: 

  • Summary Report in MS Word format with source data from MS Excel worksheet which includes:
    • Summary of meeting activity
    • Listing of final results, decisions, and action steps
    • Documented execution methodology with assigned responsibilities
  • Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF slides) to team

TIMING: 

This work typically requires 3 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.

ASSUMPTIONS:

  • Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review & accept Deliverables with 10 days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
